Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be refunded or exchanged due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refund and Returns Policy
1. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
- To cancel an order, please contact us at director.magicure@gmail.com with your order number.
2. Refunds
- Refunds will be issued only for cancelled orders before dispatch or for items damaged during delivery.
- For damaged products, please send us a photo within 24 hours of delivery.
- Once approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
